About Brittany Bailey

Brittany Bailey is a Texas native who is passionate about helping people create a lifestyle that they love in the Texas Hill Country.

 

Having been a licensed Realtor® since 2006, she is well versed on the in’s and out’s of buying or selling property. She finds joy in the experiences and challenges that have come along the way.

After marrying her husband, Jonathan, in 2012, the pair decided to put their roots down in Central Texas where culture and outdoor living is abundant, and their children would have access to wonderful schools and, perhaps more importantly, space to roam. When they found Wimberley, they knew it would be a great fit for the whole family. They sold their Dallas home and moved with their then 1-year old son, Carson, to a home near Cypress Creek. Eventually, the family purchased six acres of undeveloped land, which they worked to clear and prepare for building their family home. Jonathan and Brittany welcomed their daughter, Caroline in 2017, and Claire in 2022. Their property is also home to a lovingly restored 1978 Airstream, a vacation home for travelers from all over the world. They truly enjoy sharing this special place with others who yearn to experience their little slice of Hill Country heaven.

Those who know Brittany and have had the pleasure of working with her would describe her as accommodating, resourceful, and professional. Brittany is open and direct with her advice and opinion, as she believes good communication is the key to any successful relationship- be it business or otherwise.

 

She is extremely well-connected in the Hill Country area and knows the nuances of the different neighborhoods including important details such as schools, local restaurants, parks, shopping, and commute times. She understands how busy life is, and dedicates herself to simplifying the process of buying or selling a home, making it as seamless and efficient as possible. Her clients can attest to her strong work ethic and behind-the-scenes attention to detail, which helps ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan.

 

When Brittany isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her husband, three children, and their two dogs, in the great outdoors. They enjoy traveling and taking weekends to explore Central Texas in their vintage camper. Most evenings are spent sitting on their back porch listening to music, and watching the kids run free on their land.
